These terms apply to the Flying Roadster game and the website playflyingroadster.com (together, "the Game"), provided by Appsives ("we", "us"). By playing the Game you agree to these terms.
Using the Game
The Game is free to play for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Please don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for the purpose of cheating, or misuse the Game or the website.
Virtual items
Coins, upgrades, body styles and paints are virtual items with no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for money and are stored on your own device; clearing your browser data or deleting the app removes them. We may rebalance prices and rewards over time.
Advertising
The web version may show advertisements provided by third parties such as Google. Optional "watch an ad" rewards are offered only when an ad is available, and are not guaranteed.
Intellectual property
The Game, its code, graphics, sounds and music are owned by Appsives. Flying Roadster is an original game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. or any other company. All other trademarks belong to their owners.
No warranty
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Game.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to play after changes means you accept them.
