About Flying Roadster

Flying Roadster is a free 3D stunt racing game that runs right in your browser, on phones, tablets and computers, with no download or sign-up. You drive an electric hypercar fitted with cold-gas jet thrusters: launch from the line in under a second, hit 400 mph on nitro, backflip off ramps, leap rows of parked cars and take off into the sky.

Game modes

Rush: an endless test track full of traffic, ramps, charge gates, sky rings and three rival "legend" cars (VOLT, NOVA and RAVEN) that boost, jump and flip too. Manage your battery and hull, chain stunts into combos and chase a high score.
Stunt Park: a free-roam arena with a mega ramp, kicker ramps, parked-car rows, boost pads, coins and floating rings. No battery limit and no damage. Fly over the wall and explore the open land around it.
Hyper Mode: fill the gold meter with stunts, then unleash 500 mph, an unbreakable car and double points for six seconds.

Garage and progression

Every run earns coins. Spend them on three body styles (GT, Vector and Halo), eight paint colours and upgrades for battery, nitro, armour and jets. Daily missions and a login streak give extra rewards for coming back.

How it's made

The game is built with three.js (WebGL) and every sound, from the electric motor whine to the jet roar and the music, is synthesised live in your browser with the Web Audio API. There are no audio files at all.

Who makes it

Flying Roadster is developed and published by Appsives, an independent studio. It is also coming to iPhone, iPad, Mac and Android.

Flying Roadster is an original game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. or any other car maker. All vehicle designs in the game are original.
